First of all I want to congratulate for your great effort!! :-) According to me its great job because from your busy schedule you find time and put your best effort in this web development.
Well I want to tell you one thing is that I don’t have much experience in web development field but still few things came in my mind that I want to share with you.
• If possible then put some hyperlink for particular topic/place/organization/picture.
Ex.: If you mentioned that you work for xyz organization then mentioned link for that organization like www.xyz.com.
• Your site contains are in center and left and right side are blank so if possible then fit it into screen size.
• Mention your number of experience and organization details in career tab if possible.
I really don’t know technical constrain to implement for above mentioned comments so whatever thing you feel really useful that only took from that.
